The Securo- Cage 1 looks like a protective helmet and, indeed, it does protect the bell-end – against unwanted contact and stimulation.

The cage is made of stainless steel and the PA lock is made of titanium.
 
How do I measure for my Securo- Cage 1 (conical):

• – measure the circumference of the relaxed acorn and ad one – two  millimeters 
• – measure the length of relaxed acorn  and add approx 10 mm
• – measure the circumference of the relaxed penis behind the acorn

The following sizes are available :

• from 23mm (0.905 inch) to 30mm (1.181 inch)
• from 25mm (0.984 inch) to 30 mm (1.181 inch)
• from 30mm (1.181 inch) to 35mm (1.377 inch)
• from 30mm (1.181. inch) to 38mm (1.496 inch)

The shackle for the PA lock comes in the following diameters:

• 3mm (0.118inch)
• 4mm (0.157inch)
• 5mm (0.197inch)
• 6mm (0.236inch) 
• 8mm (0.314inch)

The inner diameter between the bow and the lock  is available: 

• 16mm ( 0.629 inch)
